What
A storyboard consists of the detailed presentation of one or several user experiences and the further developed integration concept with the help of evaluation results and the corresponding specification sheet.
Milestone.
A milestone marks the end of a project phase on the way to the user experience. The storykeeper explains the respective milestone to management and is responsible for its fulfillment in the development process.
How.
Story, first iteratively adapted experience prototypes
The storyboard
... describes a precise usage process step by step,
... is embedded in a specific utilization context,
... has a defined start and end,
... presents the interaction mainly graphically, supported by text,
... is supplemented and evaluated by first physical visualizations of the concept (experience prototypes),
... can be component-specific or describe integrated functions.
The storyboard along with the evaluation results forms the basis for the specific implementation and is passed on along with the specification sheet throughout the project.
