The story describes a specific targeted interaction of a character with a system in a physical and emotional context. The focus is on motives and emotions of the character and the positive experience.
Milestone.
A milestone marks the end of a project phase on the way to the user experience. The storykeeper explains the respective milestone to management and is responsible for its fulfillment in the development process.
How.
Use cases, customer profiles, motives, needs, selected concept ideas from the framework, virtual integration concept.
